Equine Racers-I found my OTTB partner through this organization that re-homes retired racehorses. My mom and I have supported Equine Racers for many years. The founder Sarah Parlier is a former track exercise rider and understands these horses and the environment that they come from. She does an incredible job of pairing up people with horses who need homes. I would highly suggest that you speak with Sarah when you are ready to start training your own OTTB!
Retired Racehorse Project-The Thoroughbred Makeover and National Symposium is scheduled for October 5-8, 2017 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. The event is sponsored by the Retired Racehorse Project. RRP facilitates placement of former Thoroughbred racehorses in second careers by inspiring equestrians to provide training that secures their futures.

SoCal Mini Sanctuary-SoCal Mini Sanctuary’s main focus is to rescue miniature horses that are found in various situations. Some have been neglected, abused or abandoned. Once identified, they are brought to their sanctuary for rehabilitation. Through love and nourishment, they heal these sweet little horses mentally, physically and emotionally in hope that they will one day find wonderful “forever homes”.
